Policy Summary:

Cancellations:

• ​Up to 2 weeks before seminar date – 100% refund
• 14 days to 2 days before seminar date – Total refund minus $50 cancelation fee
• 48 hours before seminar – Forfeit of deposit

Recording, Visitors & Sessions

• We do not allow any recording, audio or video, during class.
• Spouses, significant others, and office staff are not allowed in the room, without pre-approval. If approval is granted, the policy agreement must be signed, and there will be a $100/day charge. No notes will be provided.
• We do not provide treatments during class. Participation in demonstrations is purely voluntary and solely for educational purposes. There is no doctor-patient relationship formally established or implied by participation in demonstrations.

Vial Availability:

• Foundations vials: Anyone, at any time can obtain these vials (BDR/Non-BDR students)
• Basic vials: After attendance of BDR® Basic, any of these vials are available at any time, regardless of attendance date (no notes available for individual vials)
• Intermediate – Vials are available to those who have attended a BDR® Intermediate level class; later released vials are not available until attending a class including the new release vials or later
• Advanced: Vials are available to those who have attended a BDR® Advanced class; later released vials are not available until attending a class including the new release vials or later
• Sublime: Vials are available to those who have attended a BDR® Sublime class; later released vials are not available until that attending a class including the new release vials or later; Additional requirement of possession of a full set of vials in order to attend BDR® Sublime (Foundations Vials optional)

Vial Returns:

• Unwanted or mistaken vials can be retuned at the seminar site for 100% refund 
• If notified, new vials can be returned within 5 days of seminar. Vials to be shipped back at purchaser’s expense. Credit will be applied to next vial purchase
• Used vials (dirty, taped, old style) cannot be returned
